Current users include ABHI, Vitraya, Niva Bupa, and multiple OPD providers such as Clinikk, Mediphore, IPLit, Truecover, Shovel, NICE HMS, DruCare, and Plus 91, who are integrating HCX for streamlined data exchange and claims processing. The platform is also piloted for OPD use cases, advancing innovative outpatient models and enhancing collaboration across the health ecosystem. Interest from other LMICs has prompted discussions on adapting HCX for diverse health systems internationally.
